Over the past decade, hospitals and health systems around the world have been turning climate commitment into action. Through the Health Care Climate Challenge, thousands of actions have been implemented across the sector.

To mark ten years of progress, we have brought together in a single publication stories of institutions that have consistently risen to the Challenge.
From reducing their environmental footprint to building climate-resilient health systems, these institutions show what meaningful climate action in health care looks like in practice.
Their experiences offer practical insights, inspiration, and proof that the health sector can be part of the solution.
Together, more than 500 health care institutions across over 50 countries have implemented over 5,000 actions through the Climate Challenge.
