In South Africa, Pholosong Hospital, a member of the GGHH network, worked with staff and patients to put in place an on-site garden to provide vegetables for the hospital kitchen and patient families along with creating opportunities for education and training for the community.

On October 27 GGHH launched its Chemicals guidance document, an exciting new resource exclusive for the members of the network. Developed by sustainability experts, this guide is designed to support health care institutions in addressing the most pressing challenges they face related to hazardous chemical use.
